What to include

The email address on your account, the device and app version you are using, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. A screenshot helps if the problem is something you can see on screen.

Is Warren always right?

No. Warren is an AI guide. It answers from the records you have written down, and it can still be wrong. Check anything that matters against the paperwork.

Warren keeps records. It is not a veterinarian, it does not give medical advice, and it cannot diagnose, prescribe or tell you a dose. If you are worried about your animal, call your vet.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Exporting your pets and their records to CSV is free, always, on every plan. You do not need an account to use the app.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase billed by Apple. To restore Pro on a new phone, open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchase. AI credits are saved to your account, so sign in with the same account to see them. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app: open Profile, then Account settings, then Delete account. See Delete your account for the full details, including what to do if you cannot open the app.
